Many gardeners often find that plants like Aparajita grow plenty of leaves but produce very few flowers. Experts say this is usually due to a lack of nutrients in the soil. With proper care and the right fertiliser, flowering can improve significantly, bringing plants to full bloom. (News18 Hindi)

A natural and cost-effective solution is a homemade liquid fertiliser. This simple mixture strengthens roots and encourages flowering in just a few days when applied regularly. (News18 Hindi)

To prepare it, take 2 teaspoons of used tea leaves, 2 banana peels, and 3-4 onion peels. Chop all the ingredients into small pieces, as each acts as a natural source of nutrients for the plant. (News18 Hindi)

Place the chopped peels and tea leaves in 1 litre of water and leave it in a covered vessel for 3-4 days. During this period, the mixture will decompose into a nutrient-rich solution that helps boost flower production. (News18 Hindi)

Once ready, strain the solution and add 2 litres of water. Loosen the soil around the plant slightly and pour 150-200 ml of the fertiliser near its roots. This ensures the plant receives the nutrition it needs to bloom. (News18 Hindi)

Apply the fertiliser every 15-20 days. With regular use, plants respond quickly, with stronger branches and a noticeable increase in flowers within a short time.(News18 Hindi)

This liquid fertiliser works not only for Aparajita but also for other flowering plants such as Harsingar, Hibiscus, Parijat, and Roses. Regular use keeps plants healthy, green, and full of blooms, making gardens more vibrant and colourful. (News18 Hindi)
