Breaking News: CBI Case Collapse – Kejriwal, Sisodia & 23 Others Acquitted by Rouse Avenue Court

Breaking News: In a landmark judgment, the Rouse Avenue Court has acquitted Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, and 21 other accused in the high-profile liquor policy case. The court observed that the charges and evidence presented by the CBI did not correlate, ruling that the accused were not guilty. This verdict marks a significant legal and political moment for the Aam Aadmi Party, highlighting the judiciary’s role in upholding fairness and truth. The court also recommended a departmental inquiry into the conduct of the officials handling the case, signaling accountability for investigative lapses. Following the verdict, Kejriwal expressed emotional relief, emphasizing that this was a victory for justice and truth. He criticized political interference, alleging that the case was orchestrated to target AAP leaders and disrupt their governance. Alongside Kejriwal, family members including Sunita Kejriwal were visibly emotional, reflecting the personal toll the legal battle has taken. AAP leaders have demanded a public apology from those responsible for politically motivated actions, including the highest offices in the country, while reaffirming their commitment to public service. Despite the acquittal, the CBI has announced plans to challenge the decision in the Delhi High Court, beginning a new phase in the legal proceedings.
