StarCruises confirms Star Voyager’s Southeast Asia return from November 2025

StarCruises has confirmed that Star Voyager will return to Southeast Asia for the winter season, operating from 20 November 2025 until 5 February 2026. The deployment is scheduled during the festive year-end period, coinciding with Christmas, New Year, and school holidays, and is designed to offer short regional getaways for families, couples, and groups.

From Singapore, Star Voyager will initially sail 3-night weekend itineraries to Penang departing Thursdays and 4-night sailings to Phuket and Penang on Sundays, between 20 November and 14 December 2025. From 18 December 2025 to 5 February 2026, itineraries will expand to include 4-night voyages to Kuala Lumpur (Port Klang) and Phuket on Sundays, and 3-night cruises to Kuala Lumpur and Pulau Bintan on Thursdays.

Kuala Lumpur (Port Klang) will also serve as an embarkation port between 19 December 2025 and 2 February 2026, offering 3-night cruises to Pulau Bintan and Singapore on Fridays, and 4-night cruises to Phuket and Singapore on Mondays.

Michael Goh, President of StarDream Cruises, said: “This deployment gives cruise passengers from Singapore and Malaysia more choices, flexibility, and convenience, with 3 and 4 Night getaways from both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur (Port Klang), sailing between the two cities and calling at the ever-popular destinations of Phuket, Penang, and Pulau Bintan.”

Guests can embark at the Singapore Cruise Centre, connected to VivoCity Mall and the HarbourFront MRT station, or at Port Klang Cruise Terminal near Kuala Lumpur. Destinations on these itineraries showcase the diversity of Southeast Asia, from Penang’s UNESCO-listed George Town and Phuket’s beaches to Pulau Bintan’s resorts and Kuala Lumpur’s mix of modern and heritage attractions.

Star Voyager will also operate two repositioning cruises: a 4-night Hong Kong–Nha Trang–Singapore voyage departing 16 November 2025, and a 5-night Singapore–Ho Chi Minh City–Nha Trang–Hong Kong sailing departing 8 February 2026, concluding at Hong Kong’s Ocean Terminal on 13 February, ahead of Lunar New Year.

Bookings for the season open on 3 October 2025 at www.StarDreamCruises.com
