HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?
The Shillong Teer lottery unfolds in two short rounds, each lasting about two minutes. In the first round, archers release 30 arrows, followed by 20 arrows in the second. Players place their bets by choosing a number between 0 and 99, aiming to predict the exact number of arrows that will strike the target.
Tickets are sold at authorised outlets in denominations of Rs 1, Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20 and Rs 50. Payouts depend on both the wager amount and the accuracy of the prediction. For example, a Rs 1 ticket with a correct first-round guess earns Rs 80, while a correct second-round guess pays Rs 60. Predicting both rounds correctly with a Rs 1 ticket can bring winnings of up to Rs 4,000.
