Royal Enfield unveils new adventure platform in Ladakh

Royal Enfield has announced the launch of the Himalayan Base Camp – Ladakh Edition, a three-day experiential gathering scheduled to take place in Leh from September 4 to 6, 2026. The initiative is positioned as a community-led platform for adventure enthusiasts, bringing together participants across motorcycling, outdoor sports, and exploration-focused activities.

Set at an altitude of 11,480 feet, the event will be hosted in Ladakh and is designed to go beyond conventional festival formats, focusing on immersive, skill-based participation. The programme will feature curated expeditions, workshops, and expert-led sessions across a range of adventure disciplines, including motorcycling, overlanding, cycling, kayaking, bouldering, and mountaineering.

Royal Enfield stated that the Himalayan Base Camp aims to create an interactive environment where participants actively engage in activities rather than observe, contributing to a collaborative and experience-driven format. The event is expected to attract a diverse community of riders, travellers, and adventure enthusiasts from across regions.

“The Himalayan Base Camp is a rendezvous point for all adventurers, regardless of whether they are driven by horsepower, willpower or their own two feet. The program combines action, instruction and a variety of expeditions that will take adventurers out of their comfort zone – and bring them back to base with a whole new set of skills and experiences,” said Mohit Dhar Jayal, Chief Brand Officer, Royal Enfield.

Registrations for the Ladakh edition will open on May 1, 2026. The company aims to position the initiative as a recurring platform that supports experiential travel and adventure-led community engagement.
