“The positive response to the FIFA collection reflects the growing popularity of sport-inspired streetwear and athleisure-influenced dressing among Gen Z consumers,” announced the brand in a press release. “More importantly, it underscores a shift in how young shoppers engage with licensed collections- not merely as fan merchandise, but as fashion-first apparel that can be seamlessly incorporated into their everyday wardrobes.”

The range of licensed apparel is inspired by global football and the growing popularity of sports inspired fashion. Across Yousta’s India retail outlets, shoppers can browse trend-led casual wear, co-ord sets, graphic tees, sporty denim, and country jerseys inspired by nations known for their football prowess.

The ‘Fun with FIFA’ collection has rolled out across Yousta’s stores and highlights licensed products as a “key pillar” of the business’ strategy. By launching collaborations with franchises including FIFA, Mickey & Minnie, Peanuts, and Garfield, Yousta aims to engage with India’s youth fandom communities.

Reliance Retail launched Yousta to cater to the growing demand for branded yet affordable fashion amongst India’s youth. The brand’s name is short for ‘you absolute star’ and the label retails through its network of brick-and-mortar stores across India and online.
