The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a chargesheet against 13 accused in the alleged NEET examination paper leak case. A hearing on taking cognizance of the chargesheet is scheduled today at Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. The accused will later be presented before a special fast-track court for further proceedings. All 13 accused are currently lodged in jail. According to the CBI chargesheet, the accused have been booked under serious charges, including criminal conspiracy, cheating, criminal breach of trust, destruction of evidence, and corruption-related offenses. During the investigation, the CBI conducted raids at multiple locations and seized important evidence, including mobile phones, laptops, and documents. Investigators have also identified alleged middlemen connected to the paper leak network. The court will now examine the details of the chargesheet and decide the next legal steps in the case. The matter remains under close scrutiny as the investigation focuses on uncovering the alleged conspiracy behind the NEET paper leak and the involvement of those accused.
