Tollywood star Allu Arjun, who had been in Mumbai, returned to Hyderabad on Thursday to pay his last respects to his grandmother, Allu Kanaka Ratnamma. The ‘Pushpa’ actor was seen arriving at the Allu residence, where several prominent members of the Telugu film fraternity gathered to offer condolences and stand by the grieving family.In visuals shared widely on social media, Allu Arjun was seen entering the family home and meeting senior members of the Mega-Allu family. A video captured an emotional moment of him greeting his uncle, megastar Chiranjeevi, with a warm hug. The two were later seen sitting together and conversing quietly.

Industry friends pay their respects

As seen in the post by Gulte Allu Arjun, alongside director Trivikram Srinivas and producer Naga Vamsi at the residence. Trivikram, who shares a close personal bond with Arjun beyond their successful professional collaborations, was seen standing by the actor, offering support in this difficult time. Naga Vamsi too was present. Another video circulating online showed Naga Chaitanya arriving at Allu Aravind’s house to pay his condolences. Other family members and close friends are seen paying their respects.

Ram Charan cancels shoot to be with family

As per an IANS report, actor Ram Charan, who is currently shooting for director Buchi Babu Sana’s much-anticipated action entertainer ‘Peddi’ in Mysore, has immediately cancelled the day’s schedule to return to Hyderabad. The actor decided to be with his family for the last rites of his grandmother.

Fans remember the bond

Alongside these visuals, fans have been paying tribute by posting old pictures of Allu Arjun with his grandmother. Many fans posted sentimental messages, remembering her with fondness and expressing support for the superstar in this time of loss. A video of Allu Arjun arriving at the Hyderabad airport is also making rounds on the internet, as he humbly waves at the fans and enters the car.
