A political row has erupted after the BJP shared a video of CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu of Himachal Pradesh, where he is interacting with school students who greeted him by saying Radhe Radhe. IN this video, CM Sukhu questions why they used Radhe Radhe instead of Namaskar, he emphasized that students should greet using namaskar. BJP strongly criticized his remarks, accusing CM Sukhu of being “against Sanatan Dharma” and claiming that such questioning reflects a mentality harmful to Dev Bhoomi and its traditional beliefs. Spiritual leader Devkinandan Thakur also reacted, saying that it is because of seers and saints that Hindu values and traditions are continued to be preserved and children still follow these customs. He added that without the guidance of religious figures, Hindu culture would have disappeared long ago.
