Known for his larger-than-life roles on screen, Sanjay Dutt is now ready to script a new chapter. This time in the culinary world. Solaire is positioned as far more than a celebrity vanity project. With its location in the heart of Mumbai’s corporate and luxury hub, the restaurant promises to be a fine-dining address for business lunches, evening cocktails, and social gatherings alike. The culinary vision embraces a global mix of cuisines: from Asian delicacies and Indian signatures to Mediterranean and Chinese specialities, designed for diners who seek sophistication on their plates.

Sharing the video, Sanjay Dutt wrote, “I’ve eaten around the world. Now it’s my turn to plate it. The first of many! Welcome to @solaire_mumbai.”

Take a look at the video here.

Dining Meets Design

Beyond the menu, Solaire is set to impress with its atmosphere. Plush seating, mood lighting, and interiors crafted for elegance without excess will create an immersive dining experience. A full-service bar will anchor the space, offering cocktails that go beyond the usual classics, further raising the bar for Mumbai’s dining scene.

The Team Behind the Dream

Sanjay Dutt isn’t walking this path alone. He has partnered with food entrepreneurs Ishaan Varma and Amit Lakhyani, both well-regarded in the industry for creating contemporary dining concepts. Their expertise ensures that Solaire will combine strong operational know-how with star power.

With its prime location, eclectic menu, and the charisma of a Bollywood legend at its helm, Solaire is poised to become one of Mumbai’s most anticipated restaurant launches of the year.
