Paris Haute Couture Week kicks off this Monday, July 6, for its Fall/Winter 2026-2027 season, under the auspices of the Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion. As per the official schedule, Schiaparelli kicks off the presentations Monday morning, opening a first day that will feature back-to-back shows by Iris Van Herpen, Georges Hobeika, and Rahul Mishra. Over the course of four days, the Paris schedule will alternate between established houses and newcomers, featuring key shows such as Alexis Mabille, Stéphane Rolland, and Giorgio Armani Privé on Tuesday, followed by Elie Saab, Viktor & Rolf, and Zuhair Murad on Wednesday, and concluding on Thursday with the collections by Fendi and Adeline André.

But this season, once again, the big names are expected to capture the spotlight with the creative and commercial validation of several recently appointed artistic directors. All eyes are primarily on Christian Dior, scheduled for Monday afternoon, and Chanel, set for midday on Tuesday. Jonathan Anderson at Dior and Matthieu Blazy at Chanel are presenting their second haute couture collections. Following their highly anticipated debuts last January, the market will be closely watching the structure of their collections and the technical viability of their designs within these two pillars of the luxury industry. On Wednesday, it will be Pierpaolo Piccioli’s turn to have his meticulous work scrutinized at Balenciaga. As the designer continues to evolve the Kering Group brand, his interpretation of the couture collection will be analyzed by the industry.
Finally, this season features new international designers who reflect the evolution of the luxury markets. Starting Monday night, the British brand Standing Ground, led by Michael Stewart, makes its debut on the official calendar as a guest designer. On Wednesday, to close out the day, Indian fashion designer Manish Malhotra will present his first collection in Paris—a highly symbolic milestone for the designer who has long dressed Bollywood stars.
