New York Fashion Week reveals preliminary schedule featuring 70 shows and presentations

The CFDA on Wednesday unveiled the preliminary official New York Fashion Week schedule for the upcoming spring/summer 2027 season, with some 70 brands and designers set to showcase in the Big Apple this September.

Taking place from September 10 to 15, the New York fashion event will open with Henry Zankov’s debut collection as artistic director for Diane von Furstenberg, and will conclude with the latest womenswear from American designer heavyweight, Thom Browne.

The co-ed NYFW schedule sees the return of Monse, ThreeASFOUR, and Tommy Hilfiger, joining fashion week mainstays Altuzarra, Anna Sui, Area, Ashlyn, Bibhu Mohapatra, Calvin Klein Collection, Carolina Herrera, Christian Siriano, Colleen Allen, Collina Strada, COS, Diotima, Eckhaus Latta, Fforme, Heirlome, Kallmeyer, Khaite, Kozaburo, Lafayette 148, LaQuan Smith, Michael Kors Collection, Norma Kamali, Prabal Gurung, Proenza Schouler, Public School New York, Simkhai, Todd Snyder, Tory Burch, Ulla Johnson, Wiederhoeft, Zankov, and 6397.

Making their NYFW debut are newcomers Benjamin Seidler, Conner Ives, Grey’s by Emily Grey, High Sport by Alissa Zachary, Hikari no Yami by Jakarie Whitaker, Magda Butrym, Max Esmail, Patrick Taylor, Sabyasachi by Sabyasachi Mukherjee, and Zaldy; joined by 2026 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalists Bad Binch TongTong by Terrence Zhou, Jamie Haller, and Milamore by George Inaki and CVFF finalists Aisling Camps, Amir Taghi, Lii by Zane Li, and Zoe Gustavia Anna Whalen – all on the calendar for the first time.

The New York edition also highlights American design stalwart, Ralph Lauren, who will present his Spring 2027 collection on September 9. Also showing on the eve of NYFW are Coach, Cult Gaia, Libertine, and Rachel Comey, who is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Notably, this season will be the first to enforce the CFDA’s fur-free policy for all brands showing on the NYFW schedule – an initiative first announced in 2025.
