NBA Finals Game 5: Timothée Chalamet, Tracy Morgan, and Spike Lee attend the event to cheer for the Knicks

Celebrity Knicks fans were out in full force in San Antonio on Saturday, June 13, for Game 5 of the NBA Finals, as New York stood on the brink of a historic championship. Timothée Chalamet, Tracy Morgan, Spike Lee, John Turturro, Sydney Sweeney and Ben Stiller were among the Knicks faithful who travelled to Frost Bank Center to witness what could be a deciding game in the championship series between New York and the San Antonio Spurs.According to PEOPLE, the Knicks entered Game 5 with a commanding 3-1 series lead, putting them just one win away from clinching the title. The atmosphere inside the arena reflected the high stakes, with Knicks fans ringing the court in blue and orange and surprising boos raining down on the home team when the Spurs took the court before the game began. Just before tip-off, even royalty got in on the action, with Prince Harry seen walking the arena’s corridors, adding an unexpected touch of star power to an already celebrity-heavy crowd.

The star-studded turnout in San Antonio followed an equally celebrity-filled Game 4 at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, June 10, where the Knicks pulled off one of the most dramatic comebacks of the postseason, winning 107-106 after being down by 29 points in the second half of the game. The sheer scale of the deficit made the eventual victory all the more remarkable, and it was a moment that clearly drew some of the biggest names in entertainment to witness it in person.
