Russian airstrikes on Kyiv on Thursday morning struck a building where diplomats of the European Union were staying.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that the EU mission to Ukraine was damaged.
Separately, EU envoy Katarina Mathernova said that the EU mission was “severely damaged”.
This is at least the second instance of Russian strikes hitting foreign diplomatic establishments in Kyiv. Earlier in the war, Russian airstrikes damaged the Polish mission.
