New Tamil OTT releases this week: Sasikumar’s ‘My Lord’ to Aadhi Pinisetty’s ‘Sabdham’

‘My Lord’

My Lord is a social drama featuring Sasikumar and Chaithra J Achar in lead roles. Directed by Raju Murugan the film focuses on a couple from an economically disadvantaged background.Their lives take a shocking turn when the government declares them dead. As they fight for justice, powerful men linked to a minister approach the husband. They seek him to donate his kidney for a politician. The film also stars Jayaprakash, Guru Somasundaram, Vasumithra, Asha Sharath, and Gopi Nainar. My Lord is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

‘Naangal’

‘Naangal’ is a family drama directed by Avinash Prakash and the story is inspired by the director’s real-life experiences. It revolves around three teenage boys living in a large estate with their authoritarian father. The narrative explores their dysfunctional family dynamics and emotional struggles. The cast includes Prarthana Srikkanth, John E, Tanika Guruprasad, Mithun V, Rithvik M, Nithin D, Abdul Rafe, and K. Hariharan. ‘Naangal’ is all set to stream on Sun NXT from March 27 onwards.

‘Sabdham’

‘Sabdham’ brings a mix of horror and mystery to the OTT space. The film stars Aadhi Pinisetty in the lead role and is directed by Arivazhagan. The story follows a paranormal investigator called to a medical college. Students there have been dying under mysterious circumstances. As he begins his investigation, he meets a doctor researching sound-related phenomena. The film gradually uncovers the institution’s dark past. The cast also includes Simran, Laila, Lakshmi Menon, and Rajiv Menon. ‘Sabdham’ is now streaming on ZEE5 as of March 24, 2026.
