MG SELECT, launched less than a year ago, has expanded rapidly, with 15 experience centres across 14 major cities, and currently holds the second position in India’s luxury EV segment.JSW MG Motor India on Thursday reported a 19 per cent year-on-year growth in calendar year 2025, with total sales for the January–December period reaching 70,554 units, supported by sustained demand across its internal combustion engine and electric vehicle portfolios.
In December 2025, the carmaker recorded wholesale volumes of 6,500 units, reflecting steady consumer demand. The company’s luxury retail channel, MG SELECT, registered a 38 per cent month-on-month growth in wholesales during the month, driven by strong customer response to the M9 Presidential Limousine and the Cyberster electric sports car.
During the year, JSW MG Motor India crossed the milestone of 100,000 cumulative electric vehicles sold in the country, strengthening its position in India’s electric mobility market. The MG Windsor continued to lead the passenger EV segment, retaining its position as the country’s best-selling electric car.

In December, the company also introduced the all-new MG Hector at an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹11.99 lakh. To enhance long-term ownership confidence, MG launched an industry-first assured buyback programme for EVs, offering customers a guaranteed resale value after three, four or five years, depending on the plan selected.
