Kia India has launched its Ownership Service Camp 2026, a nationwide aftersales initiative that will run from July 3 to July 12 across 521 authorised workshops in 365 cities, offering customers discounts on vehicle servicing, parts, accessories and extended warranty packages.

Under the programme, customers will receive a 20 per cent discount on car care services and up to 10 per cent off on extended warranty packages, roadside assistance (RSA) plans, parts and labour, and Kia genuine accessories.

The company is also offering a complimentary 36-point vehicle health check, covering key inspection areas such as the engine compartment, vehicle exterior, interior and underbody. Customers can also avail complimentary used-car valuation services and exchange offers during the camp.

“Kia Ownership Service Camp 2026 embodies our commitment to delivering a seamless ownership experience. Through this nationwide initiative, we aim to help customers maintain their vehicles in peak condition while strengthening long-term relationships through accessible and transparent aftersales support,” said Bhimsen Gulabani, Vice President – Customer Experience, Kia India.

The service camp comes at a time when the automaker is expanding its customer base with new product introductions, including the Carens Clavis and Carens Clavis EV. Earlier this month, Kia also expanded the Seltos lineup with the launch of new top-end GTX(O) and X-Line(O) variants featuring an upgraded ADAS suite.

Kia currently has 892 customer touchpoints across 407 cities in India and has dispatched nearly 1.9 million vehicles from its Anantapur manufacturing facility since commencing operations in 2019, including over 1.5 million domestic sales and more than 3.67 lakh exports. The company also has over 5 lakh connected cars on Indian roads.

The aftersales initiative is part of Kia’s strategy to strengthen customer engagement and improve service retention through its expanding dealer and service network.
