Gardens by the Bay launches new Disney-themed family experiences for summer holidays

Gardens by the Bay has introduced two Disney-themed experiences this June as part of its family-focused programming for the school holiday season. Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, the attractions include the return of Disney Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy and the Children’s Festival 2026 featuring Disney’s Winnie the Pooh at Supertree Grove.

The developments come as Gardens by the Bay continues to strengthen its global tourism appeal, following its recognition as the third top attraction worldwide in Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best 2026 rankings.

Returning after its debut in 2024, Disney Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy will feature new topiary displays and themed floral installations inspired by Disney and Pixar characters. The 2026 edition introduces Disney Princess characters Rapunzel, Belle and Jasmine for the first time, alongside Frozen’s Anna and Elsa showcased within a snow-themed floral landscape enhanced by lighting effects.

Visitors can explore 23 topiary characters spread across six themed zones. Featured characters include Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey, Woody, Jessie and Buzz Lightyear from Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5, as well as Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet and Tigger. The attraction will also include a Singapore-inspired finale with Disney characters presented alongside local dishes such as laksa and teh tarik.

Disney Garden of Wonder will run from 8 June 2026 to 14 March 2027.

Meanwhile, the Children’s Festival 2026 at Supertree Grove will celebrate 100 years of Winnie the Pooh through interactive outdoor play zones and themed installations. The festival will include what organisers describe as Singapore’s first Winnie the Pooh-themed zipline, titled The Hundred Acre Glide, where children can travel 16 metres across the festival grounds.

Additional attractions include honeycomb-themed ball pits, balance obstacle courses, trampolines, themed see-saws and interactive play areas inspired by characters including Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore and Tigger.

For the first time in Southeast Asia, the event will also feature “Pooh’s Grand Friendship Party”, an inflatable march with giant character displays reaching up to seven metres in height. The performances will take place twice on Saturdays at Supertree Grove. The Children’s Festival 2026 will run from 30 May to 21 June, with free admission for visitors.
