Weight loss doesn’t have to mean crash diets or spending endless hours at the gym. True transformation comes from simple, sustainable changes and celebrity fitness trainer Siddhartha Singh, who has worked with stars like Tamannaah Bhatia, is proving exactly that.

In an Instagram post dated August 24, Singh shared that anyone can lose 5–10 kilos in just 90 days by focusing on three easy but powerful lifestyle habits. According to him, the key is to stop obsessing over quick fixes and instead build a foundation of healthy routines. “If you’ve lost weight and gained it back, it’s because you never worked on building healthier habits. Focus on habits, and fat loss will become effortless,” he wrote.

Here are the three habits Singh recommends for long-term results:

1. Eat Protein with Every Meal

Protein not only supports muscle health but also keeps you feeling full for longer. Singh suggests making sure every meal includes a protein source to prevent constant hunger and cut down on unnecessary snacking.

2. Drink More Water

Thirst is often mistaken for hunger. Singh points out that “90% of the time when you feel hungry, you’re actually just thirsty.” By drinking a glass of water before reaching for food, you can reduce cravings and keep your metabolism functioning smoothly.

3. Exercise Consistently

Movement is essential not only for burning calories but also for toning and building confidence. Singh warns against a sedentary lifestyle: “Don’t sit all day on the sofa or laptop. Get up and exercise.” Even short daily workouts can change how your body looks and feels.

Summing it up in his no-nonsense style, Singh wrote: “Protein, hydrate, exercise. Life will change.”

So, if you’ve been struggling with fad diets and yo-yo weight, take inspiration from Tamannaah Bhatia’s trainer. By making these small but powerful shifts, you can lose weight, feel stronger, and stay consistent, not just for 90 days, but for life.
