As our busy lifestyle compromises our diet and fitness routine, our cardiovascular health may go for a toss, with the arteries narrowing down and causing a serious health issue. When ignored, cardiovascular complications may result in the plaque deposit hardening over time and resulting in a condition known as atherosclerosis.

Once there, patients may experience increased risk of blood pressure challenges, strokes and even heart attacks. Good thing is that we can take a strong guard against these risks by making certain dietary changes that positively impact our arteries and could even reverse the early damage. Oats are packed with soluble fibre that reduces the body’s cholesterol levels. Moringa
