JW Anderson is collaborating with heritage Italian sportswear and footwear brand Diadora for the first time, modernising a vintage sneaker style from the label.

The Equipe trainer — a classic design, created by Diadora in 1975 for elite athletes — has played a big part in the running revolution over the decades and has now been reimagined in bold colours by Jonathan Anderson.
The unisex shoe features a slim silhouette, swallowtail toe and heel-wrapping outsole. It comes in four colour options dominated by Green Night, Navy Peony, Empire Red and Princess Blue, each complete with logo branded hardware and laces.
The limited-edition collection is available to purchase from jwanderson.com, Diadora.com, in-store at Nordstrom, the JW Anderson stores in London’s Soho and Pimlico Road as well as its flagships in Milan and in Shibuya Parco, Tokyo, and Nordstrom
The collaboration was introduced in the AW26 Lookbook and was seen on “close collaborators and friends of” the brand. Meanwhile the collaboration campaign “evokes the mood of the collection: bold and dynamic”, fronted by actor Conor Sánchez and captured by photographer Sammy Khoury.
