Helmed by Chef Shivam Bose, the kitchen focuses on instinctive, personal cooking that blends texture, surprise, and quiet innovation. Founded by husband-wife duo Yash and Megha Bhatia, Mai Mai is envisioned as a living, evolving space rooted in care, craft, and storytelling. With its curated format and cultural layers, Mai Mai brings Bengaluru a soulful, niche interpretation of East Asian dining.

This launch marks a new chapter for Flax, evolving from cloud kitchens into a lifestyle-driven brand rooted in balance and everyday wellness.

Its menu highlights Indian single-origin beans through filter brews, pour-overs, cold brews, and house blends, paired with breakfast-led plates. New additions include in-house soft serves, bakery items, cold brew tech infusions, and all-day bowls, expanding beyond traditional café fare.
