The Samajwadi Party has intensified its attack on the government by raising allegations related to the Ram Temple donation issue. Before the start of Parliament proceedings, SP MPs, including Dimple Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav, staged a symbolic protest by carrying a donation box and banners in the Parliament complex. The party alleged irregularities in the handling of donations received for the Ram Temple and demanded a probe into the matter. Dimple Yadav questioned why the Uttar Pradesh government had not taken stronger action and called for an investigation into the allegations. She also referred to earlier controversies over land deals in Ayodhya and questioned the outcome of previous inquiries. Akhilesh Yadav said the issue reflected concerns over public trust and compared it with broader issues like paper leaks affecting students. The Samajwadi Party stated that as an Opposition party, it would continue raising issues it considers important. During the protest, SP leaders raised slogans against the government and demanded accountability. The ruling side has not accepted the allegations and the matter has become another point of political confrontation during the Monsoon Session.
