THIS person tops India's most powerful celebrity brands with USD 231M value; surpasses Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt

Shah Rukh Khan is called the King of Bollywood, Ranveer Singh is known for his high-energy performances, and Alia Bhatt is one of India’s leading actresses. But surprisingly, one celebrity has surpassed all three to become India’s most powerful celebrity brand. That honour goes to star cricketer Virat Kohli, whose brand value is an astonishing $231.1 million, making him India’s highest-value celebrity for the third year in a row.

Kroll has released its ranking of India’s most powerful celebrity brands. The results are based on brand values derived from both endorsement portfolios and social media presence. Cricketer Virat Kohli, who is married to actress Anushka Sharma, claimed the top spot, leaving behind Bollywood’s biggest stars.He is also the most-followed Indian on Instagram, boasting 273 million followers. This combination of massive social media presence and strong endorsements has helped him maintain his lead in India’s celebrity brand rankings.

Bollywood stars continue ranking in top positions

Despite Kohli’s lead, Bollywood stars continue to shine. Ranveer Singh holds the second position with a brand value of $170.7 million, despite a dip compared to last year. Shah Rukh Khan, boosted by a successful box office comeback, secured third place with his brand value rising nearly 21% to $145.7 million. Alia Bhatt continues her upward journey, climbing to fourth place with a brand value of $116.4 million.

Other top celebrities hold strong brand positions

The rest of the top ten is also dominated by Bollywood stars. Akshay Kumar ranks sixth with a brand value of $108 million. Deepika Padukone and MS Dhoni share the seventh spot, both valued at $102.9 million. Hrithik Roshan climbs to ninth with $92.2 million, while veteran Amitabh Bachchan rounds out the top ten at $83.7 million. Superstar Salman Khan ranks 16th with $57.0 million.

Kareen Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, and others in top 25

Other Bollywood stars also make it to the top 25, showing the popularity of film celebrities. Kareena Kapoor is 11th with a brand value of $79.5 million, followed by Ranbir Kapoor in 12th place at $70.3 million. Kiara Advani is 13th with $68.0 million, and Kartik Aaryan is 14th with $61.5 million.Rashmika Mandanna is 15th at $58.9 million, while Anushka Sharma ranks 17th with $48.4 million.
