While the film is yet to arrive in theaters, the advance booking has showcased a good number. According to the Sacnilk report, ‘Border 2’ has earned Rs 2.68 crore through advance booking for day one, with 83,941 tickets sold across 8,469 shows.

Fateh Singh Kaler—an Indian Army officer from the 6 Sikh Regiment. Varun Dhawan will be seen as Major Hoshiar Singh Dahiya, PVC—an Indian Army officer from The Grenadiers. Diljit Dosanjh will play Fg Offr Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon, PVC — Indian Air Force officer from No. 18 Squadron, and Ahan Shetty will portray Lt Cdr M. S. Rawat — Indian Navy officer from INS Khukri.The movie is set in 1971 India – Pakistan war just like its previous installment.
