SRK’s stylish Rs 14 lakh handbag steals attention at the airport

Shah Rukh Khan’s stylish Rs 14 lakh handbag steals attention at the airport- Watch video

Shah Rukh Khan was clicked at the airport late yesterday night as he left for Dubai. It was a quiet moment but fans noticed everything. The actor kept his look simple and relaxed. He wore a Dior Couture 1947 hooded jacket with jeans. Inside, he had on a plain white T-shirt. He finished the look with a black beanie. But one thing stood out. The handbag. Shah Rukh casually carried a luxury handbag that quickly became the talking point. It looked effortless in his hands.

The Rs 14 lakh handbag moment

The bag Shah Rukh Khan carried is said to cost around Rs 14 lakhs as reported by Instant Bollywood who also shared the video. It did not look heavy or dramatic. He carried it with ease. This is not the first time his airport bag has grabbed attention. Earlier in 2024, paparazzi spotted him at the Mumbai airport when he was flying to Switzerland. That trip was for the Locarno Film Festival, where he received a career achievement award. Even then, Shah Rukh paired his outfit with a very costly Hermes bag.

‘King’ release date brings excitement

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan has big plans ahead. The release date of his upcoming film ‘King’ has been announced. The film will hit theatres on December 24, 2026. A clip was shared online with the caption, “#KING is Ready to ROAR on 24.12.2026 in Cinemas. #ItsKingTime #KingDateAnnouncement.”

Shah Rukh on playing dark and different roles

In November last year, Shah Rukh Khan spoke about his character in King during a fan meet. He spoke honestly about heroes and villains. He said, “This distinction has been created by people- hero, villain. In my early career, I did ‘Darr’. Which, by today’s standards, might be considered villainous or like a stalker. And I was in ‘Don’, I was in ‘Anjaam’, I was in ‘Baazigar’- I played the ‘bad’ guy.”He explained why he likes interesting roles. “I just feel that if we don’t do something interesting in a film, then the hero just comes in, sings two songs, fights, and leaves,” he said.Talking about King, he shared, “The character of King is very interesting. Siddharth and Sujoy Ghosh have written it with a lot of love. And it has a lot of evil in it. He’s a killer. He kills people.”Shah Rukh also spoke about his choices now. “But for storytelling, it’s very important that heroes like me play different roles: some inspiring, some comic, some romantic. So that’s what I’m trying to do now. I do a big, good film in 1–2 years. Because I also know that making films has become very difficult now. So films should be made carefully so that I don’t let people down,” he said.
