‘Border 2’ box office collection day 7 (LIVE)

'Border 2' box office collection day 7 (LIVE): The Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty film begins to slow down after Rs 200 crore, lags behind 'Gadar 2'

Sunny Deol has once again reinforced his stronghold over patriotic cinema, proving that he remains a formidable force at the Indian box office. With ‘Border 2’ delivering a thunderous start over the Republic Day 2026 weekend and ‘Gadar 2’ having rewritten records during the Independence Day frame in 2023, the veteran actor has now powered two of the biggest extended holiday weekends ever seen in Hindi cinema. Though, ‘Border 2’ is laging behind ‘Gadar 2’.Border 2 Movie Review ‘Border 2’ which also stars Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty apart from Deol, is directed by Anurag Singh has minted Rs 54.5 crore on Sunday and Rs 59 crore on Monday due to Republic day holiday. This came after an opening day number of Rs 30 crore. Clearly, the purpose of the film was solved to release around a National holiday like this. On Tuesday, one expected the film to decline which it did. The Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty starrer, directed by Anurag Singh, made Rs 20 crore on Tuesday, which is day 5. On day 6, the film has collected Rs 13 crore and on day 7, it has made Rs 0.73 crore so far. The total collection of ‘Border 2’ so far now stands at Rs 213.73 crore.
