Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ trailer release date confirmed with new poster

'Peddi': Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor starrer's trailer release date officially confirmed with NEW poster

Ram Charan’s much-awaited movie ‘Peddi’ is finally set to hit the big screens on June 4. Ahead of its global release, the makers took to their social media handle to officially announce that the trailer of the movie will be released digitally on May 18, 2026.

The production took to its Instagram handle to share a brand new poster of the actor who is seen in a rugged avatar carrying a cloth bag on his back and luggage in both hands. With a casual smile, he is seen crossing a railway line. Speaking of his ensemble, the actor is wearing a dusky and shabby shirt and jeans with a red scarf on his head, blending with his long hair and heavy beard. In the poster, the makers also added a tagline stating, “His story will be special.” Along with the post, the makers wrote, “#PEDDI will stay in your hearts. TRAILER From 18th May. #PEDDI WORLDWIDE RELEASE IN CINEMAS ON JUNE 4th, with PREMIERES on JUNE 3rd.”

‘Peddi’ trailer launch event reports

Earlier, a report by Variety India suggested that the trailer launch is set to take place on May 16, 2026, in Bhopal. It said that key members from the film’s team, including Ram Charan, Janhvi Kapoor, director Buchi Babu Sana, producer Venkata Satish Kilaru and filmmaker Sukumar will be part of the event. AR Rahman, who composed the music for ‘Peddi,’ will perform live during the grand event. However it seems the makers will be releasing the trailer digitally on May 18.

Cast of ‘Peddi’

Speaking about the film, it includes Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyendu Sharma and Boman Irani in important roles. The movie is also reported to feature a special song with Shruti Haasan and Ram Charan.The makers confirmed that ‘Peddi’ will release worldwide on June 4, 2026, while the premiere shows will be held a day earlier on June 3.
