‘Peddi’ Ram Charan reveals daughter Klin Kaara now calls him ‘Peddi Nanna’ amid film’s blockbuster success

Ram Charan is basking in the success of his latest sports action drama ‘Peddi’ which has minted more than Rs 300 crore. Recently, Ram Charan shared a sweet story about his daughter Klin Kaara during the film’s success meet after its blockbuster run.

Daughter Klin Kaara now calls him ‘Peddi Nanna’

As per a report by Cinema Express, Ram Charan spoke about people of all age groups coming to watch the film and many started calling him Peddi instead of Ram Charan. Even his daughter picked up the new name.He said, “From kids to elders, everyone came to watch the film. They made this success even more special by calling me Peddi instead of Ram Charan. My daughter Klin Kaara used to call me Nanna, but after Peddi, she started calling me ‘Hey Peddi’. I told her that she cannot call her father like that, and then she started saying ‘Peddi Nanna’.”

Ram Charan expresses gratitude

During the event Ram Charan also shared that the film has given him a special kind of love that he had never experienced before. He thanked the audience for making the film a huge success. Along with Ram Charan and the other cast and crew, Megastar Chiranjeevi also joined the celebration as the chief guest.“Some successes make you think, but Peddi gave me a kind of love and affection that no other film has given me. This success feels very different, and I would like to thank the audience for giving such a wonderful response,” said Ram Charan.

Ram Charan thanks Buchi Babu Sana and Sukumar

Ram Charan also thanked director Buchi Babu Sana for giving him the opportunity to be part of ‘Peddi’. He said Sukumar introduced Buchi Babu to him and has always guided him whenever he needed advice. “I should thank Sukumar garu for introducing Buchi Babu to me. Whenever I have any doubts that I cannot discuss with my father, I call Sukumar garu to clear them,” he added.On the work front, Ram Charan will be next working with Sukumar in the upcoming film tentatively titled, ‘RC17’.
