Raj Kundra ditches face mask after securing bail in bitcoin case

Raj Kundra ditches face mask after securing bail in bitcoin case, issues bold statement: 'Ab doosron ke masks utarenge'

Businessman Raj Kundra, granted bail in the alleged bitcoin scam case, expressed faith in the Indian judiciary and criticized media sensationalism. After his release, he said “Satyamev Jayate,” emphasizing truth will prevail. Kundra also dropped his signature mask, remarking, “All masks are off now,” signaling confidence and cooperation with investigators.

After being granted bail in the alleged bitcoin scam case, businessman Raj Kundra made a short yet direct appearance before the media. Kundra expressed confidence in the Indian judicial system and dismissed what he termed as undue media sensationalism surrounding the issue.

Raj Kundra granted bail by Mumbai court

Raj Kundra, who was held for questioning in a cryptocurrency fraud case, got bail from a Mumbai court on Friday after several hearings. As he came out, many reporters and photographers gathered to hear his first comments.

Raj Kundra says the truth will prevail

In a video shared by ANI on their X handle (formerly Twitter) when reporters questioned Kundra about his ordeal and whether he felt justified after being granted bail, Raj Kundra reaffirmed his faith in the Indian legal system. “Satyamev Jayate,” he said, invoking the national motto to stress his belief that truth and justice ultimately prevail. Interestingly, Kundra appeared without the trademark face mask he had often worn in earlier public outings. When reporters mentioned this change, he quipped, “Wo ek alag daur tha, wo tha humara mind mein aur kuch. Abhi to saare masks utar chuke hain. Ab saare masks utar chuke hain, ab doosron ke masks utarenge, (That was a different era; we had something else in our minds then. Now, all the masks have come off. Now all masks have come off; now I will take off others’ masks)” signaling a bolder, more confrontational approach in the days ahead.

Raj Kundra criticizes media for hyping case

The producer also criticized what he viewed as exaggerated media coverage of the investigation. He pointed out that the reporting had often amplified minor details, fueling unnecessary speculation and shaping misleading narratives. “Media hypes things,” he remarked, emphasizing that public opinion about the case seemed driven more by sensational headlines than by confirmed information.

Raj Kundra to cooperate in ongoing bitcoin investigation

The ongoing Bitcoin scam investigation has drawn in several individuals and companies, remaining under close watch of both police and the courts for weeks. While authorities continue to look into alleged financial irregularities and misuse of cryptocurrency assets, no official charges have been presented yet. With bail granted, Raj Kundra plans to assist investigators as he builds his legal defence. His recent remarks make it clear that he trusts the legal system and wants to move away from the media-driven speculation surrounding the case. Go to Source
