‘Krishnavataram Part 1: The Heart (Hridayam)’ opened to decent box office collection. However, the movie showcased an upward trend for the next two days. Through word of mouth, the film is pulling the audience to the theatres. The movie, based on the life of Lord Krishna, was released in cinemas on May 7, 2026. ‘Krishnavataram Part 1’ box office collection Day 4 (first Sunday)

Directed by Hardik Gajjar, the movie collected Rs 0.42 crore across 510 shows on its debut day at theatres. It raked in Rs 1.15 crore on Day 2 and Rs 2.25 crore on Day 3. According to the Sacnilk report, on Day 4 (first Sunday), the film witnessed a jump of 55.6% in box office collection compared to its previous day’s earnings. The film minted Rs 3.50 crore on Day 4 across 1,995 shows.With that, the total India gross collections of the movie have reached Rs 8.77 crore, while the total India net collection stands at Rs 7.32 crore.

The film is based on the Hindu Sanskrit text Brahma Vaivarta Purana, written by Vyasa. The movie showcases the story from the eyes of one of Lord Krishna’s Ashtabharyas, Satyabhama.
