'King': Child actress Kashvi Majmundar lands 'mini role' in Shah Rukh Khan's next, after playing young Priyanka Chopra in 'Citadel: Honey Bunny'

Child actor Kashvi Majmundar has spilled the beans on her casting in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘King’. The child star, who most recently played the younger version of Priyanka Chopra’s character, Nadia in ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’, opposite Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, is now set to star in her next film.

Kashvi lands role in ‘King’

In a chat with Simply Pankaj, the young starlet shared her adorable reaction to meeting Shah Rukh on the film sets. Kashvi revealed during the chat, that she has a “mini role” in ‘King’, which also stars Suhana Khan. Kashvi on meeting SRKRecalling her first interaction with SRK the starlet revealed that she nervously approached him on set and said, “Hi Shah Rukh sir.” The superstar warmly responded, saying “Hi, what’s your name?”On telling the actor her name, he complimented her saying, “You have pretty dimples.”The compliment was enough to send the young actor emotional. She recalled, “I was like… so fanstruck,” she said. “Oh my God, he’s talking! I just started crying.”Fans speculate her role in ‘King’Her video has sparked a fresh wave of fan speculation, with many guessing that Kashvi may be playing the younger version of Suhana’s character in the upcoming action film. Notes to Varun and SamanthaFollowing her work in ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’, Kashvi took to her handle to pen notes of love to her on-screen parents, Varun and Samantha. In her note, she wrote, ” @varundvn bhaiya you are the most humble, loving and sweetest! You made me feel so comfortable on set with your energy, hard work & positivity. You always made everyone around you smile and that was such a great learning for me. I wish you only the best always and lots of love to Natasha di, your princess and Lali aunti who by the way is sweetest. You made my journey of Bunny & Nadia so memorable. Miss you.” She also penned a note for Samantha saying, “my super stylish, tough and amazing mom Honey! You are so so tough in real life too. I can’t forget how hard you work on yourself and give the super rocking performance onscreen. Thank you for those encouraging words “You are a star”, ice cream, chocolates and playing fun question games with me.
