Actor Akansha Ranjan Kapoor recently shared a deeply personal update that quickly caught the attention of fans and fellow celebrities. The actress revealed through a social media post that she had frozen her eggs. The announcement came as she also marked six years since the release of her debut film ‘Guilty’ two days prior. Taking to Instagram, Akansha shared a photograph of herself lying on a hospital bed. In the caption, she openly spoke about the experience she went through over the past two weeks. She wrote, “Yesterday I froze my eggs!! I really didn’t plan on sharing, but today feels like the right day to say this…the female body is EXTRAORDINARY.”

In her post Akansha Ranjan Kapoor explained that the experience involved several medical steps and physical changes and she described the process as challenging but also empowering. The ‘Guilty’ actress said the last two weeks were intense, requiring daily injections and medical monitoring. She also mentioned experiencing hormonal changes and other physical effects during the process. She wrote, “The last two weeks were… intense. Injecting myself with fat needles every day, hormones doing their thing, the bloating, the mood swings, the endless scans, the meds, the IV drip, and finally the surgery.” Akansha used the post to express admiration for the strength and capability of the female body. In the same message, she also shared her feelings of empowerment and pride, “But all i wanna say is – women are BADASSES .. and how in awe i am of how wonderfully intelligent and capable our bodies are.” The actress also shared a second picture showing herself dressed in workout clothes as she began returning to her daily routine after the procedure and wrote, “The 2nd pic is from today- dressing for the job I want Athletic and getting back to my routine.. even though I could barely manage a 20-minute wobble around my building.”Despite the physical toll of the procedure, Akansha said she was happy to take small steps toward returning to normal life. Even a short walk around her building felt like a meaningful milestone for the actress. She expressed satisfaction with her recovery progress and appreciation for her body’s resilience, “But honestly, that felt like enough! Because this body just did something pretty amazing Happy Women’s Day .”

Soon after Akansha shared the post, several celebrities and fans responded with supportive comments. Among those reacting were actors Athiya Shetty, Raashii Khanna, and Vaani Kapoor. Athiya Shetty and Raashii Khanna both reacted with heart emojis, showing their support for the actress. Vaani Kapoor also left a warm message in the comments section that read, “Big love for you my girl.”Fans also flooded the post with encouraging messages. One commented, “More power to you, champ .” Another wrote, “Let’s gooooo.” A third comment read, “More power to you happy women’s day.” Another fan simply added, “More power to you.. ”
