A shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, which was attended by Donald Trump and other high ranking officials, left the country stunned and shell-shocked. Officials probing the case have now found that 31-year-old Cole Tomas Allen, the alleged gunman, had left behind a 1,056-word manifesto, in which he outlined the reasons for carrying out the attack
