In the latest step in Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s crackdown on political opponents, police stormed the headquarters of the main opposition party, CHP, and attacked cadres holed up inside. The attack followed a court order ousting CHP’s leadership in a ruling believed to have been delivered at Erdogan’s behest.
