How to Claim Kerala Lottery Prize Money?

Winners must first verify their ticket numbers against the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. Once confirmed, prizes can be claimed in person at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

To claim a prize, the following documents are required:

  1. The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides
  2. A passport-size photograph, attested by a Gazetted Officer
  3. A self-attested copy of the PAN card (mandatory for tax purposes)
  4. A valid ID and address proof, such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card
  5. A completed prize claim form, available online, affixed with a revenue stamp as per regulations

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
