Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Renault India, said the company entered 2026 with momentum and added that enquiries had increased across touchpoints following recent launches.The firm said the growth was led by demand for the new Triber and Kiger models, which together recorded a 45.3 per cent rise in sales year-on-year.

He said the return of the Duster had generated interest and marked a new phase for the company in India.
On 26 January, Renault unveiled the new-generation Duster, the first model under its International Gameplan 2027 for India. The model includes features developed specifically for the Indian market and is offered with three engine options, including a hybrid unit.
