Int2Cruises launches Asia’s first AI-powered voice and chat cruise search

Int2Cruises, Asia’s leading cruise-first online travel platform, has launched the region’s first AI-powered conversational and voice-enabled cruise search, transforming how travellers plan and book cruises. This innovation allows users to search for cruise holidays using simple, everyday language through both text and speech, eliminating the need to scroll through long lists or navigate complex filters.

The new feature enables instant cruise discovery across 25+ international cruise lines, 300+ destinations, and 50,000+ itineraries. Travellers can ask questions such as “Cruise from Barcelona in May 2026”, “Five-night Japan cruise from Yokohama”, or “Family-friendly cruises in the Bahamas”, and receive tailored options within seconds.

By leveraging advanced natural language processing, Int2Cruises’ AI tool interprets traveller intent—whether spoken or typed—and scans its extensive global inventory to recommend contextually relevant and personalised cruise options.

The launch reflects the growing shift in travel behaviour towards instant, intuitive, and mobile-first discovery tools. Cruise holidays, often perceived as complex due to multiple operators, destinations, and durations, are now made simple and accessible through AI.

Akansha Agarwal, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Int2Cruises, said the innovation aligns with the company’s mission of simplifying cruise travel for Indian consumers. “Int2Cruises was built to solve the challenges travellers face when researching and booking cruises. Our new AI search empowers users to speak or type what they want and instantly view matching itineraries. It makes cruise booking as seamless and intuitive as booking any other travel product online.”

She added that the new tool reduces planning time and complexity, addressing a key barrier for cruise travellers. “This launch moves us closer to our vision of making cruise holidays effortless for everyone.”

The company believes the integration of conversational AI and voice search represents a major milestone for travel technology, redefining how travellers engage with cruise planning and discovery. As demand for personalised, mobile-first experiences rises, Int2Cruises’ AI-driven solution positions the company at the forefront of innovation in cruise travel.
