MAGA mess: ‘I forgive him,’ says rebel Republican, Donald Trump nicknames her Marjorie ‘traitor’ Greene

MAGA mess: 'I forgive him,' says rebel Republican, Donald Trump nicknames her Marjorie 'traitor' Greene

Greene says she forgives Trump but president calls her ‘traitor’, ‘disgrace’.

Donald Trump and his longtime ally Marjorie Taylor Greene picked up their last night’s fight where they stopped, as Trump nicknamed Marjorie ‘traitor’ and called her a disgrace to the Republican Party. Marjorie said she forgives Donald Trump and prays for him to return to his original MAGA promises though she thought out loud what must be there in the Epstein file that her demand for the release of all of it for the sake of the women voters irked the president so much that he rescinded his endorsement for Greene.

MTG says there needs to be a new way forward

MTG stood by Donald Trump during the 2020 political storm and has been a longtime ally of the president. But of late, she accused Trump of forgetting his promises to the American people as Trump got more occupied with foreign affairs. Greene publicly condemned the tariff war that Trump waged with countries, pressed the administration for a full disclosure on Epstein case; pushed for a new bill to end the H-1B program. According to insiders, Trump became impatient with Greene’s constant complaining and finally gave in to his frustration and anger as he made a long post on Truth Social cutting MTG loose. He called her a ranting lunatic and said Greene was upset because he could not return her calls. He asked Republicans to primary Greene and said Greene’s constituents are fed up with her antics. Greene refuted Trump’s claim and said she never called the president but indeed dropped a message on how the administration must come clean on sex offender Epstein issue for the sake of the women voters.

Is Greene eyeing for a 2028 presidential run?

Many believe that Greene has some ambitious plans up her sleeves and that’s why she started to clash with the president to come out as an alternative candidate for 2028 presidential run. Greene too hinted at something new as she wrote: “There needs to be a new way forward”.Greene said she never thought that fighting against a pedophile would make her a traitor in Trump’s eyes. “The toxic political industrial complex thrives on ripping us all apart but never delivers anything good for the American people, whom I love. The PIC tells us to hate each other, fundraises off why we have to hate each other, and pits Americans against each other to the point of violence and nearing civil war,” Greene said.
