Hrithik Roshan congratulates Farhan Akhtar for ‘120 Bahadur,’ calls it 'bigger and better in every way'

Hrithik Roshan congratulated his close friend Farhan Akhtar for always challenging himself and reaching new heights with his upcoming war drama ‘120 Bahadur.’Sharing to his official Instagram handle, the ‘War 2’ actor wrote, “Farhan & Ritesh… my buoys, pushing your limits and conquering new peaks is what I have watched you both relentlessly do for so many years now.”

Hrithik praises Farhan’s passion

Looking back on their 2004 film Lakshya, Hrithik said, “I remember the vigor and toil that went into Lakshya, but the passion I see in 120 BAHADUR promises something even bigger and better in every way.”

Further sending wishes to the ‘120 Bahadur’ team, the ‘War’ actor wrote, “All my love to the brilliant cast, director Razneesh, the excellent team & a big hug to my bahadur friend Farhan. Marked my calendar for 21st November (hugs and red heart emoji) @faroutakhtar @ritesh_sid.”With this, Farhan thanked his dear friend Hrithik with his words, “Hrithikkkkk … thank you (red heart emojis); this means so much. Can’t wait for you to see the film… big, big hug, man.”Also, Farhan’s wife, Shibani Akhtar, commented, “Hrithik, this is so sweet (red heart, hug, and heart eyes emojis).”Actress Raashii Khanna also said, “Thank you…!”, followed by a red heart emoji.Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar also dropped a red heart and a hug emoji in the comments.

The professional journey of Hrithik and Farhan

Farhan Akhtar directed Hrithik Roshan in ‘Lakshya’ (2004), and the two later shared the screen in Zoya’s 2011 hit ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara,’ alongside Abhay Deol, Katrina Kaif, and Kalki Koechlin.

‘120 Bahadur’ plot

‘120 Bahadur’ tells the inspiring story of 120 brave soldiers who fought at the Rezang La frontier, a battle remembered as a timeless symbol of courage and sacrifice.The film is set to hit theaters on November 21.
