Norway’s $2.1 trillion sovereign wealth fund, the world’s largest, said it will vote against Elon Musk’s proposed $1 trillion pay package at Tesla’s upcoming annual meeting, calling it “excessive” despite acknowledging the CEO’s role in the company’s growth.
