Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings introduces cross-brand loyalty recognition

Norwegian Cruise Line has introduced the Loyalty Status Honoring Program, enabling guests to have their loyalty status recognised across its three cruise brands: Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

The initiative, which launches with sailings from 15 October 2025, allows members of Latitudes Rewards, Oceania Club, and the Seven Seas Society to have their existing loyalty tier matched to the closest equivalent tier on any of the other brands on a per-cruise basis. The company operates 34 ships visiting more than 700 destinations globally.

“We want our guests to feel rewarded whenever they choose to sail within our family of award-winning cruise brands,” said Harry Sommer, president and chief executive officer of Norwegian Cruise Line “With the new Loyalty Status Honoring Program, our guests can experience more of what makes each brand special, while still enjoying the loyalty recognition they’ve worked hard to achieve.”

The programme is aligned with the company’s Charting the Course strategy, designed to deepen guest engagement, foster brand discovery, and enhance the overall travel experience. By extending loyalty recognition across its portfolio, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings seeks to make it easier for travellers to explore the varied offerings of each brand, from Norwegian Cruise Line’s wide range of itineraries to Oceania Cruises’ culinary focus and Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ all-inclusive luxury experiences.

Guests will have the option to request loyalty status recognition beginning immediately, with benefits applicable for sailings from 15 October 2025 onwards. Full programme details, including terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements, are available on the loyalty programme pages of Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
