A male hospital employee attempted to defuse the situation, but a heated argument broke out as the nurse continued to refuse their demand. The confrontation quickly escalated into violence. The footage shows the group hitting the nurse with hospital files she was holding, dragging her by the hair, tearing her clothes, and physically assaulting her.

Hospital staff intervened shortly after and managed to separate the attackers from the victim. The nurse sustained minor injuries. According to preliminary reports, the group also hurled verbal abuse during the attack. The incident has raised concerns over staff safety and security in public hospitals, especially during festive periods when such demands are common.
