Indian Railways is set to launch the first Vande Bharat Sleeper Express linking Delhi and Patna in September 2025, covering the route in 11 hours with modern amenities.

India’s First Vande Bharat Sleeper Train

Ahead of major festivals like Chhath and Diwali, Indian Railways is set to launch the country’s first Vande Bharat Sleeper Express. This train will link Delhi with Patna, and reports suggest that the distance will be covered in just 11 hours.

Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw recently announced that the train will be launched in September 2025.
