Big Political Attack: Yogi Adityanath Targets Previous Governments in Mainpuri Rally

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while addressing a public gathering in Mainpuri, launched a sharp attack on previous governments and highlighted the achievements of the BJP-led double-engine government. He accused earlier regimes of creating insecurity for farmers, traders, women, and youth, alleging that corruption affected employment opportunities. Yogi said that under the current government, recruitment processes have become transparent and young people from districts like Mainpuri and Etawah are receiving appointment letters based on merit. He claimed that Uttar Pradesh has moved from being considered a “BIMARU” state to becoming a revenue-surplus state and one of India’s leading economic contributors. The Chief Minister emphasized that there is no shortage of funds for development projects, including roads, stadiums, museums, auditoriums, connectivity projects, and public facilities. He also highlighted schemes for farmers, youth, women, and poor families. Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision, Yogi said the government’s focus is on four key groups — the poor, farmers, women, and youth — and their empowerment will help India become a developed nation.
