The company strengthened its SUV lineup with the launch of the all-new Toyota Hilux.Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) on Saturday reported a 5 per cent year-on-year increase in domestic sales to 30,516 units in July 2026, compared with 29,159 units in the corresponding month last year.
The automaker’s cumulative domestic sales for the January–July 2026 period rose 13 per cent to 2,33,854 units, up from 2,07,497 units in the corresponding period of 2025.
For the first four months of FY27 (April–July), Toyota sold 1,28,746 units, registering an 8 per cent growth over 1,19,669 units in the same period of the previous financial year.
Toyota’s total sales, including exports, stood at 32,516 units in July 2026.
“The result underscores our continued focus on delivering reliable, innovative and customer-centric mobility solutions,” said Sabari Manohar, Executive Vice President, Sales-Service-Used Car Business, Toyota Kirloskar Motor.
During the month, the company also launched the all-new Toyota Hilux, strengthening its SUV portfolio in India. It said the new model reflects its commitment to offering aspirational and future-ready mobility solutions aligned with evolving customer preferences.
