Kia said it will continue to strengthen both its internal combustion engine and electric vehicle portfolios while expanding its nationwide sales, service and certified pre-owned network.Kia India on Saturday recorded its highest-ever July wholesale performance since entering the Indian market, dispatching 28,200 units in July 2026, a 27.4 per cent year-on-year increase from 22,135 units in the same month last year.
The automaker also reported cumulative wholesales of 191,949 units during the January-July 2026 period, registering 16.8 per cent growth over 164,274 units in the corresponding period of 2025.
“Our best-ever July wholesale performance reflects the continued trust of our customers and the strong acceptance of Kia’s diverse product portfolio. Building on our record H1 performance, we have maintained healthy momentum across key segments,” said Atul Sood, Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Kia India.
On a year-to-date basis, Seltos and Sonet recorded growth of 75.7 per cent and 34.5 per cent, respectively.
Kia added that the Carens Clavis, Carens Clavis EV, and the MY26 Syros also contributed to the company’s growth momentum by attracting both family and lifestyle-oriented buyers.
Looking ahead, Kia said it will continue to strengthen both its internal combustion engine and electric vehicle portfolios while expanding its nationwide sales, service and certified pre-owned network.
The company currently has 905 customer touchpoints across 412 cities, along with 135 certified pre-owned outlets, as it seeks to expand its footprint in both urban and emerging markets.
