While Shahid Kapoor has long dazzled on screen with his acting chops and effortless charm, his growing real estate portfolio shows another side of the star. With Mira Rajput by his side, Shahid is curating homes that reflect sophistication, exclusivity, and smart investing.

The Latest Buy: A Rs 59-Crore Sea-Facing Apartment

Recommended Stories

In 2024, Shahid and Mira sealed a deal on a 6,176 sq. ft. residence on the 24th floor of Mumbai’s plush Three Sixty West. The Rs 59-crore property includes three private parking slots and uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea. Even the stamp duty was jaw-dropping, Rs 1.75 crore, signalling the scale of their luxury living.

Their First Worli Home: An 8,625 Sq. Ft. Duplex

This purchase wasn’t their first taste of Three Sixty West. Back in 2018, the couple bought a duplex worth Rs 59 crore, sprawling across 8,625 sq. ft. and offering six parking spots. By 2022, they moved in, leaving behind their Juhu residence for a home that combines expansive interiors with sea-facing serenity.

The Juhu Pad: Now Rented by Kartik Aaryan

Before Worli, Shahid owned a chic 3,681 sq. ft. apartment in Juhu, bought for Rs 30 crore in 2014. Today, that home is leased to actor Kartik Aaryan, who pays between Rs 7.5 lakh and Rs 8.5 lakh a month, a reminder that Shahid’s properties are not just homes but also lucrative assets.

Billionaire Neighbours at Three Sixty West

Living in Three Sixty West puts Shahid and Mira in rarefied company. Radhakishan Damani’s family, Welspun Group’s B.K. Goenka and diamond tycoon Mavjibhai Patel all own residences here, with deals ranging from Rs 97 crore to Rs 1,238 crore. It’s less a building and more a roll call of India’s elite.

A Lifestyle That Extends Beyond Homes

Shahid’s indulgence isn’t limited to real estate. His Mercedes-AMG S400 and Harley-Davidson Fat Boy reflect the same taste for speed and sophistication that runs through his lifestyle.

With an estimated net worth of Rs 300 crore, Shahid Kapoor has proved he is more than just a Bollywood star. His real estate choices show an investor’s instinct, pairing prime locations with long-term value. For Shahid, luxury is about more than living beautifully. It’s about building smartly.
