Winners are advised to verify their ticket numbers by comparing them with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the ticket matches, the prize can be claimed at the Kerala Lottery Office, located at Gorky Bhavan near Bakery Junction in Thiruvananthapuram.

To process the claim, the following documents are required:

  1. The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides
  2. A passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
  3. A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for income tax purposes)
  4. Valid ID and address proof, such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card
  5. A duly completed prize claim form (available online), affixed with a revenue stamp and submitted according to official instructions

All claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the draw.

What to Do After Winning Kerala Lottery? Full Claim Process

Winners are required to submit their original winning ticket within 30 days of the draw date to claim their prize. Failing to do so within this period will result in the prize being forfeited. The ticket, along with all necessary supporting documents, must be submitted to the designated authority based on the prize amount.

  1. Up to Rs 5,000 – Claim through authorised lottery agents.
  2. Up to Rs 1 lakh (within Kerala) – Submit to the respective District Lottery Office.
  3. Up to Rs 1 lakh (outside Kerala) – Submit to the Directorate of State Lotteries.
  4. Above Rs 1 lakh – Submit to the Director of State Lotteries.
  5. Between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 20 lakh – Address claims to the Deputy Director.
  6. Exceeding Rs 20 lakh – Submit directly to the Director of State Lotteries.
