Tensions between the Iran, the United States, and Israel have reportedly escalated again despite a 40-day ceasefire that began on 8 April. The ceasefire followed intense conflict involving large-scale attacks and counterattacks between Iran and the U.S.-Israel alliance. However, concerns are now rising that the truce may collapse as diplomatic tensions continue to grow. Reports suggest that the strategic Strait of Hormuz has remained a major flashpoint during the ceasefire, keeping global energy markets under pressure. Recently, a drone attack on a nuclear facility in the United Arab Emirates further heightened regional instability, increasing fears of renewed conflict in West Asia. Former U.S. President Donald Trump has repeatedly issued strong warnings to Iran through social media and public statements. He claimed that Iran must act quickly or face severe consequences, urging it to accept negotiations while also warning of serious repercussions if it refuses. Trump also stated that Iran should be cautious and “fearful,” signaling continued pressure amid already fragile peace conditions.
